This exclusive rental also has a private outdoor area with a spacious garden and a small pool available in June, July, August, and September. There are 2 parking spaces on the property as well as free street parking. Pets are not allowed. The house is equipped with energy and water-saving features and a photovoltaic system. Please note that government regulations on water use may be in effect during your stay, which could affect pool availability, garden watering, or limit tap water usage. There is a security camera in the garden, located at the entrance and not in the private area. The camera records only the entrance for access control.
