This exclusive rental boasts a private outdoor area with a spacious garden and a small pool available during June, July, August, and September. There are 2 parking spaces on the property, as well as free street parking. Pets are not allowed. The home features energy and water-saving systems, as well as a photovoltaic system. Please note that government regulations regarding water use may apply during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage. A security camera is installed in the garden at the entrance, not in the private area. The camera records only the entrance for access control. No surveillance cameras are inside the house. There is a motion detector linked to the alarm system, which remains deactivated during your stay.
